Information about our delivery at WFC Jewellery.

  1. When will my order arrive?
    1. We try to carry us many of our lines in stock as possible at all times. As a result we can have most orders for our more popular items out for delivery the next working day if the order is placed before 2pm. However, as we carry so many lines of jewellery, not all are in stock. Items that need to be ordered by us usually arrive within 1 - 2 days and we despatch these orders as soon as the are available. As a rule, you can expect delivery of your order within 3- 4 days. If you must have your Jewellery next day we advise that you contact us before placing the order to ensure whether we have the item in stock and ready for immediate delivery.
    1. Some of our Jewellery may take up to 14 days. These pieces of Jewellery may be on back order from our suppliers or only available in limited numbers. These items will be dispatched to your as soon as they become available for shipping to you (usually within 14 days) and we will contact you at this time, so that you know when to expect delivery. Hand made or hand engraved Jewellery can sometimes take a little extra time.
    1. Please also note that items are only sent once the payment has cleared ie. if you pay by cheque.

  1. Will I need to sign for it?
    1. Yes. In order to provide insurance during transit we ship all items either via Royal Mail special delivery or Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded. This requires a signature on delivery.
    1. For International Customers we send via Royal Mail International Signed For or Airsure. For high value items we send via Couriers like UPS or DHL.

  1. What if I am not in when my order arrives?
    1. If you are not in when your order arrives the postman should will leave a note for you and take the package to your local sorting office. The note will contain instructions on how to either collect the parcel or to arrange a more convenient delivery time.
    1. Unfortunately this does not always occur and it is always worth checking online if your item has not arrived within a few days of your dispatch e-mail. if you log into your account your tracking details should be on your account if you require help please get in contact with us.

  1. Can my order be sent to another address?
    1. Yes. Simply specify different shipping address when you place your order. In these instances we are required to make additional security checks in order to ensure that your card is not being used without your permission. This may require you providing proof of address or other information and can add to the usual delivery times.

  1. Can you ship internationally?
    1. Yes we ship internationally. Due to the higher risk of sending outside of the UK we may refuse orders that do not meet our fraud rules.

  1. My item has not arrived what should I do?
    1. If your item(s) have not arrived within 7 days (14 days for outside the UK) please contact us so we can check all the tracking information and make sure there is no error. Often we have found the postman may have attempted delivery and failed to leave a calling card and the item is sitting in the local sorting office. If we cannot find any info regarding your item we have to allow 15 working days before we can take action, these are the rules set by Royal Mail (other senders may vary). If after 15 working days your item(s) have still not turned up please contact us immediately and we will open an investigation. If the item is deemed to be lost you will be issued with a replacement or a refund. Please note until the investigation is complete no refunds can be issued.
    1. Next Day delivery services like Royal Mail Special Delivery are much more reliable and we recommend this option if you are worried about items going missing in the post.
