  1. Do all your Silver and Gold Jewellery have a hallmark?
    1. All our silver and gold Jewellery carries a hallmar unless it falls under the following criteria:
    2. Jewellery below a certain weight are exempt from hallmarking. The exemption weight is based on the weight of the precious metal content only, excluding, for example, weight of diamonds, stones etc., except in the case of articles consisting of precious metal and base metal in which case the exemption weight is based on the total metal weight:
      • Gold 1.0 grams
      • Silver 7.78 grams
      • Platinum 0.5 grams
    3. So if you bought an item from us weighing 6 grams eg. a baby christening bangle this will not be hallmarked but rather marked 'SILVER'.

  1. Is all Jewellery genuine?
  2. Yes everything you see is genuine unless stated otherwise. All of the Jewellery that we stock are supplied directly by the manufacturers. Items descriptions will say what material is used.

  2. No. All of our Jewellery is brand new and in perfect condition. They are exactly the same as if you purchased them from a high-street shop.

  1. Can you engrave my jewellery?
  2. Unfortunately we do not have the facilities to engrave and recommend taking the item to a local engravers, this is the most secure way for yourself as you can instruct in person exactly what you would like done.
